Will spending more than we take in cause a precedent of over-spending? This is a well-documented shift in spending. This is a very moderate amount. This will be part of a long term spending plan to reduce overhead. GPSC changes all the time.

Funding for food that is an integral part of an event may be considered. Speakers may be considered if the event is cosponsored. The number of graduate and professional students will always be considered.
