This form of exercise uses one of the most widely used exercise patterns that help to improve flexibility and allow the body to become more active. It also increases the strength of the core muscles.

And since then it turned into a hobby and a habit. She never misses out her aerobics even when she is traveling as she feels that it has become an important part of her life. While she has not used it as a profession but she offers free training sessions to people who want to enjoy the benefits of aerobics. She has been practicing aerobics from many years and she feels that it is the simplest form of exercises that helps people to stay fit and active. Other than this she also active and does makes sure she takes out time for jogging and riding bicycles to stay fit and active.

As early mornings we are empty stomach there is nothing in the body that will burn hence aerobics affects the stored body fat to retrieve energy for the body to carry out the exercise. She feels good aerobics exercise daily can help people live a longer and a healthier life. For her it is like another soul as with aerobic workouts she feels healthy and fit. And if we are healthy we can enjoy life more, stay happy and maintain weight. For her a session of aerobic activity is the best reliever of stress after and exhausting day.
