knowing the elements of success, and direct the group to work as a
team. Only then will the group be ready to work on application
material together. Foundation Series: Required for all clients. Builds the individual, leading to more
productivity and allowing them to be part of a cohesive team. Topics
covered include Success, Achievement, Motivation, Time Management,
Value Systems, Personal Interaction and Paradigms .
Applications: Upon completion of the Foundation Series, the Client may choose
any number of application-specific sessions, such as Mission Statements;
Vision Statements; Problem Solving; Self-Directed Work Teams;
Facilitation; Ethics; Supervision; Management; and Leadership.

Slide13 : Success Path® The Direction to Self-Reliance™ “Destiny is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice.” When was the last time you tried to make a 40-foot, 45-ton, untrained, satisfied
whale do what you want it to do? Probable not lately, unless you were one of the
people in San Francisco Bay a few year ago. A humpback whale, affectionately
named Humphrey, was migrating along the California coast when a wrong turn got
him stranded. Humphrey became a national celebrity when he turned into San
Francisco Bay, swan under the Golden Gate Bridge, and managed to navigate 70
miles upriver. Even though it was for his own good, Humphrey resisted all attempts to get him back to salt water. Three weeks into his predicament, marine biologists lured him with the recorded sounds of feeding humpbacks. Humphrey excited the crowds as he responded to a familiar sound and followed his friends into the Pacific.
People — and whales for that matter — do things because they want to, not because someone else thinks it is a good thing to do. Motivation results from actions that satisfy inner needs. As Frank Bettger put it, “Show people what they want and how to get it, and they will move Heaven and Earth to get it.”

Slide15 : Success Path® The Direction to Self-Reliance™ “Destiny is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice.” Program Definitions L Series - Success Path comes to your site once a month for a one or three hour session eleven
months out of the year. Success Path works with the managing staff of an organization.
G Series - G1 is the same as the PGP series, with the exception that issues are bundled and
distributed by volume versus weekly, and a study guide is furnished. With the G1
program some consideration is given to advancement and development guides issued by
the government, DoD and various military branch literature. Here consideration is given
to the mixed conditions, personnel changes on frequent intervals, and the location of
numerous personnel at any given time.
Mentor Program - Where distance and expense are of consequence, the Mentor Program can be an
attractive alternative. When the Mentor Program is selected, Success Path visits the
client site for two days, first putting on the initial session, and then working with a
designated employee, preparing them to become a surrogate management resource
(SMR) to fill in for the Success Path leader in future sessions. Success Path visits the
site five times during the year and provides instruction, direction, and holds a session
during each visit. Each visit is extended to work with the SMR to prepare this employee
to hold sessions until the next visit from Success Path.

habits that will change their lives. They will be exposed to information that is
presented to help, lift, inspire, educate, inform, encourage and grow them. They
are the only ones who can decide what is best for them, what they need, and how it
will be applied to their lives. Only they can take full responsibility for themselves
and where they are going.
TCD Program - TCD™ allows you to reach every employee in your organization. The program
has core information suitable for all employees, from the part-timer to the
executive. Additional supplements are inserted for each level: executive,
management, supervisory and employee. TCD™ is a weekly bulletin that is handed
out to each employee. The bulletin contains a stated lessen, information related to
the objective, quotes, stories, occasional comments, Lexipath™, The Write Path™,
Free Environment™, exercises, Touchstone™, Selective Objectives™ and answers to
the previous bulletin’s Touchstone™.
