FELLOWSHIP REQUIREMENTS: 

FELLOWSHIP REQUIREMENTS 1) Complete application to the NPAF. 2) Certificate of Basic English examination and oral test of communication. 3) Neurosurgical test evaluation oral and written. 4) Certificate of Health including Chest X-Rays and Mantoux test. 5) Certificate of conduct from proper Perú Authorities.

6) Letter of recommendation by the chief of the training neurosurgical residency program. 7) A letter of attendance to the Peruvian Neurosurgical Society. 8) A letter from the candidate describing his activities, hobbies, and projection on his professional future. 9) A description of his training program, the quality of the program and the needs for improvement. This letter will be sealed and it will be disclosed only to the members of the NPAF for possible help to improve short coming of the program.
