Tied In Knots: Tied In Knots Stand in a circle
Make sure the circle is tight
Raise your left hand straight in the air
Point your right hand to the centre
Lower your left hand and grab someones right hand
Once contact is made, do not allow it to break
Tied In Knots: Tied In Knots Now untangle yourselves without breaking the grip on each other
Don’t worry if some members are facing away from the centre of the circle

No Laughing: No Laughing Take this exercise seriously – do not laugh
Make a big circle
One participant will start with a word and pass it on to the one sitting to their left
The next person repeats that word twice and then passes it to the next person who says it three times and so on
No Laughing: No Laughing Lets try it another way
Instead of repeating it, the word must be echoed back along the line

What’s Your Name?: What’s Your Name? At the end of this exercise you will hopefully know everyone’s name
Each person will introduce themselves by name and tell one unusual thing about themselves

The next person repeats the previous ones name and unusual thing before going onto themselves
