Process of Awarding Degree by the Doctorate Degree Committee; 3. Reception to all Guests; 4. Dinner to Some Selected Close Friends/Colleagues and Family Members; and 5. Celebration Party to all Guests.

1. Defending Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) Degree Thesis in Open Public Function: 

1. Defending Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) Degree Thesis in Open Public Function From Slide # 9 to Slide # 28 cover the Pictorial Ceremony of Defending Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) Degree Thesis in Open Public taken place at Lutherse Church (“Lutherse Kerk”) belonging to the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on April 13, 1983. The total duration of the defense of my thesis was exact 45 minutes in public; and this process started at precise 3:00 p.m. Anyone in the audience could ask questions only if the Doctorate Degree Committee stopped asking questions prior to the end of duration but that “ugly” situation never arrived. Our two babies, Gul Bano (2 years, 9 months, and 13 days old) and Zeeshan Ahmed (1 year and 27 days old) also attended this function and luckily they remained quiet.

2. Process of Awarding Degree by the Doctorate Degree Committee From Slide # 30 to Slide # 41 include the Pictorial Ceremony of Process of Awarding Degree by the Doctorate Degree Committee. At the end of the duration of the defense of my thesis, this Committee was led to the Board Room to discuss my thesis along with the defense performed by me for reaching a negative or positive decision in complete secrecy.
