Our suppliers provide certifications to insure quality standards higher than the industry standards.Knowledge & Expertise: Knowledge & Expertise Since 1974, we have produced over 100 million assemblies (and counting).Specialized Equipment:: Specialized Equipment: We have completely re-engineered our production process by building proprietary customized state-of-the-art production equipment uniquely designed for the manufacture of cable assemblies. This equipment provides us with efficiencies and quality control standards that no other company can offer . (example of fusion cutting process at Murphy Industries)On Site Manufacturing: On Site Manufacturing We manufacture the complete assembly in our own plant in Marion, Ohio using Statistical Process Control as the heart of our control. Accordingly, we want our customers to have the best cable assembly possible. Since the introduction of imported assemblies in the market place, we have seen a dramatic increase in poor quality and this trend appears to be continuing.Prototype & R& D Capabilities: Prototype & R& D Capabilities We are able to assist in the design of new products and redesign of existing products to reduce costs . We can also make samples and perform testing to ensure quality.Low Volume Parts & Lead Time: Low Volume Parts & Lead Time A portion of our facility is devoted to manufacturing low volume parts . Accordingly, we can provide same day service on low volume parts. Testing Capabilities: : Testing Capabilities: Our in-house laboratory includes a Dynamometer Machine ( pull test machine ) to accurately test the breaking strength of cable(s). We also utilize cycle test equipment that is unique to the industry.
