JEL supports jobs with decent pay for youths, women and the other jobless people at home but he does not think he will be able to end tribalism or terminate corruption any time soon, if at all.
JEL will work to discourage destructive tribal competition, encourage tribal cooperation and understanding as well as manage the public services and the economy to increase productivity and reduce both tribal frictions and corruption.
