SRLV Launch Undergraduate Summer Internship Competition in Partnership with Grad Diary (1888PressRelease) Accountancy firm SRLV run a competition for a 1st & 2nd year undergraduate student to win a summer internship at SRLV's London offices. London accountancy firm SRLV have partnered with Grad Diary to run a competition to win an internship at SRLV for first and second year undergraduates. SRLV is a medium sized practice offering Chartered Accountancy and Business Consulting to both UK and international businesses. From their inception 20 years ago the firm has grown to accommodate 9 partners, over 70 professional and administrative staff within premises in the heart of London's West End. The internship will be a great opportunity to get first hand experience with a well respected and growing London accountancy firm. The internship will run over summer 2011 for a month, it will be paid and there is also a Moss Bespoke suit or high street vouchers worth £500 up for grabs. The lucky winner will be involved in working with the Entertainment Team in order to understand the services SRLV provide to high profile, successful artists in the music industry. Time will also be spent with the Audit Team, either in the office or at the client's premises, in order to gain an overview of audit terminology, systems and procedures. The successful entrant will also sit alongside a senior member of the Tax Team to understand the basics of tax compliance on both personal and corporate tax. As well as sitting in on meetings between Partners and clients in the SRLV boardrooms to experience the atmosphere and relationships between the Firm and its clients on a day-to-day basis.

The competition is open to 1st & 2nd year undergraduate students only and entrants simply need to submit a one or two page CV and a paragraph of less than 200 words written about a time when the entrant feels they showed leadership.
