At least they have cameras , CD walkmans & DVD players but all the technology is in Mumbai or if you want to call it as it use to be I will call it Bombay. Many people in other places of india are suffering for a bathroom, kitchen, lights & air con. In India, electricity and houses and house hold are very expensive because it is hard to make electricity in a place like that. INDIABuildings: Buildings The most famous building in India is the taj Mahal which was built by white marble by the king who gave it to the queen & berried her there after she died & it has been there ever since for a memory of the queen. INDIAPeople in India: People in India In India, some people are poor and some are rich. Indian people have a lot of jewelry like bangles. Many Indians wear bangles for dances like the Bollywood dace & they also wear bangles for festivals . INDIAItems in India: Items in India Indians use all parts of a coconut for example, they make rugs out of the cover and many other items out of all the other stuff and they also wear the first one to create cotton. INDIAWild life: Wild life In India the most famous animals are bengal tigers , elephants , peacocks, rhinos, lions, cobras, white tigers, snow leopards & black bucks. INDIAPlaces: Places India is a spiritual land, a land where the religion and philosophy have attained their cultivating points. Indian travel is very special because India has a very rich and dynamic culture that attracts every traveller. India is like a reward to every traveller who explores this mysterious country. INDIADances: Dances The dance of Shiva symbolises the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction, birth and death. His dance is therefore the dance of the Universe. The parallel is seen in modern physics, which has shown that the cycle of creation and destruction is not only reflected in the turn of seasons and in the birth and death of living creatures but is also the very essence of inorganic matter. INDIA Religions: Religions INDIA Introduction to Indian philosophy tend to center on Hinduism and that is how the westerners think, but India is far from being all Hindu. Although Hindus make 60 percent of a diverse population of over 400 distinct religious communities, but the waters flowing down from the Himalayas quench the thirst of not only Hundus but of Sikhs, Jains, Buddhist, Muslims, and Christians - just to name a few. Just as United States, Australia, and Europe's population speak their own language and celebrate their own religions and philosophies, India's population also speaks 325 different languages and worship in distinct ways to different gods and goddesses.
