4. Write any comments or suggestions as regards logistics, relevant information about the hosting country or visiting countries, etc. that might be useful to know when preparing the next meetings. (1) It’s been very useful to know about… The cost table in advance. What could be paid with credit card or with Polish cash; where we could change money. The way lunches for SS would be dealt with. Hotel’s facilities (hair-drier, WI-FI…) The weather and suitable clothes.

(2) It would be very useful to know… The number of TT coming from each delegation and the kind of room. What “a double room” means in each country. About visiting students to next meetings early (age, sex, health, food characteristics, etc.) About timetables of buses and trains to other towns of interest.

(3) The hosting delegation should try to… Find a hotel near the school or town centre. Make sure the hotel has the minimum facilities we often take for granted (i.e. regular change of bed sheets, bathroom towels, cleaning of rooms, enough food in the buffet, etc.)

6. Have you got any suggestions or comments about the organization of distant communication?:

6. Have you got any suggestions or comments about the organization of distant communication? Use SKYPE With teachers’ Google mail group, better now (4), but… Answer to everybody, only if the information is useful for all. Otherwise, don’t. The coordinators in each country know what information they should forward to their colleagues. Participation in the chat sessions should be improved. In Valence, let’s do a list of dates for the next chat sessions. The chat coordinator should remind us about the session a week before and also about the topics to be discussed.

7. Think of this fourth meeting in Poland, grade the progress being made and the results of the meeting.:

8. Do you think that any relevant topics/discussion have/has been neglected? What additions would your delegation make to the programme? (1):

8. Do you think that any relevant topics/discussion have/has been neglected? What additions would your delegation make to the programme? (1) The crisis and the repression of the rights of people by the police in many countries. Religious discrimination and disability. Cristopher proposed to discuss the right to a healthy environment. To discuss in detail the topics developed in the photo contest. More time for teachers’ conferences. The need to take action.

8. Do you think that any relevant topics/discussion have/has been neglected? What additions would your delegation make to the programme? (2) “We didn’t have any discussions after the visits we made. They illustrated articles of the Declaration of HHRR and would have added great awareness to our project, and probably great proximity between TT and SS, and also between the different delegations. It was particularly the case with Auschwitz-Birkenau. We could have also discussed the way the different countries now live or deal with that part of history and what memories it has left.”

9. Grade the timetabled programme at the meeting.:

12. What's your opinion about the social or cultural activities in the programme? :

12. What's your opinion about the social or cultural activities in the programme? Great, interesting, relevant, useful and beneficial for teachers and students alike. (8)

13. Have the activities in the meeting been relevant to reach the objectives in the project?:

13. Have the activities in the meeting been relevant to reach the objectives in the project? Very relevant to the project as illustrations of the different articles of the Declaration of HHRR. (8) Not if we stop here except probably in terms of individual reflection. There was no time to discuss them or integrate them into the evolution of the project in terms of common reflection or productions. It would be good to discuss them now even though the participants in the next meetings won’t be the same. It’s nice to join the habitual activities and celebrations at school (e.g. the Polish teacher’s Day). If so, there should be some translation into English.

14. Grade the students' contribution to the project during the meeting.:

16. Are all the steps to be taken before the next meeting in France clear enough?:

16. Are all the steps to be taken before the next meeting in France clear enough? Yes (8) Except for the scripts… Number of characters to be introduced in each script of the different scenes written by the delegations. Maybe to avoid repetition and make the project more effective, each delegation should choose a particular subject for the scene they are writing.

17. Explain what areas in the project seem more unsteady or need further discussion. (1):

17. Explain what areas in the project seem more unsteady or need further discussion. (1) None (2) Religious discrimination (2) Disability (2) Minority rights. Organization of actual action against the violation of HHRR in each school’s context. (2) Design mini-projects in each school which would enable us to bring HHRR to life in our communities. Think of an activity/action/project to raise some money to donate to a Charity working on HHRR.

17. Explain what areas in the project seem more unsteady or need further discussion. (2):

17. Explain what areas in the project seem more unsteady or need further discussion. (2) About the “trans-musical”… The music that should be tested in France and performed in Germany. The individual performances that will have to be created in each country. The material needed to do the musical has not been sent yet. At this point of the project, we all need to revise the aims and means of the project to see where we are exactly and what is left and could be done from Valence to Karben.

18. Have you got any suggestions for the next meeting in France?:

18. Have you got any suggestions for the next meeting in France? None (3) More discussions and conferences of SS and TT together. (2) Maximum relevant information from each delegation asap. After the last news from Israel and Palestine, we could discuss about the violation of children’s rights. An international team could organise a street art event to raise awareness of HHRR violations in the French school community.

19. To those delegations which have already hosted a meeting, do you have any useful tips or suggestions to make to the French team for the next meeting?:
