2. Write any comments or suggestions that might be useful for future meetings In the Czech meeting, we appreciated: The information and schedules provided by the hosting country. The fact students were given the emails of the hosting families to get in touch before arriving. Although… More and more precise maps of Čelákovice would have been useful. Better arrangements for transport from the railway station to the hotel and viceversa . More importance should have been given to first introductions by each delegation at the very first meeting.

2. Write any comments or suggestions that might be useful for future meetings (II) For future meetings : Nothing to add or change. Nice to know what presents to give to the hosting country. Guest countries should hand in the documents and information the host country needs within the deadlines. The host country should inform about closest airports, accommodation and programme as in advance as possible. All information leaflets should be in English. Patience and good programming. Before the meetings the delegations should meet at home to develop a pack of ideas, resources and materials that we can all share.
