INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION (Founded in 1930): INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION (Founded in 1930)
First international conference in Geneva, Switzerland in 1930.
Sixteen nations were present. Among them were: Austria, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Switzerland, United States.
Canada was one of the five founding nations and member of the committee who drafted the adopted constitution.
International Congress is held every three years
