INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION (Founded in 1930): INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION (Founded in 1930) First international conference in Geneva, Switzerland in 1930. Sixteen nations were present. Among them were: Austria, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Switzerland, United States. Canada was one of the five founding nations and member of the committee who drafted the adopted constitution.
