一、镁行业概况 Magnesium Industry brief introduction: 

一、镁行业概况 Magnesium Industry brief introduction 2005年,由镁业分会统计102家镁厂,产量为46.8万吨,约占世界总产量的3/4 。生产能力81.57万吨,产能利用率57.37% 。生产工艺全部采用皮江法。 In 2005, totally 102 magnesium smelters join CMA’s statistics program with total production hitting 468,000 tons.It accounts for ¾ of all magnesium production in the world.The production capacity is about 815,700 tons ,the capacity efficiency is 57.37% . All the process is pidgeon method.

二、镁行业能源消费调查 Energy consumption survey in Magnesium Industry 本次调查,主要采取“2001年—2005年企业镁锭生产综合平均能耗统计”、“2005年主要生产线产量及能耗情况”、“2005年主要生产线分工序能耗指标”三个表的方法,选定行业内管理较规范、技术装备较高的重点大中型企业共21家,其中15家企业给了相对完整的统计数据. We designed three forms for this survey , they are“ average comprehensive energy consumption per tonne Magnesium from 2001 to 2005”“the output of mainly product line and energy consumption in 2005” ”the energy consumption at main product line by process procedure in 2005” .We selected 21 enterpries which have good management, advanced equipment , we got the relatively valued datas from 15 enterprises.:

通过以上图表可知,被调查的企业2005年平均标煤耗比2001年降低了很多(29.19%); 我们现以某镁厂(3万吨Mg/年)为例,如果该厂标煤耗由05年的8.5t/t*Mg降到平均值 7.52t/t*Mg,该厂一年可降低煤耗3万吨,以280元/吨煤计算,一年可节约成本840万元(不包括煤制气成本). 由此可见,通过技术创新和加强管理来降低能耗是十分必要的. Above the graphics , the average standard fuel consumption per tonne Mg in 2005 lowered by 29.19% than 2001.We can take magneisium manufacture (30,000tMg/a) as example. If the fuel consumption is from 8.5t/ t*Mg to 7.52t/t*Mg, we can reduce the cost per year as followed: 280RMB/t*coal (8.5-7.52)*30,000*280 =8400,000RMB (It is not included the cost that coal is made into coal gas) It is necessary to reduce energy consumption by technology innovation and management.

2005年平均电耗比2001年降低23.03%,以上述镁厂为例,如果该厂电耗能从 1000 Kwh/t*Mg降为900Kwh/t*Mg, 以0.4RMB/Kwh 计算 The average power consumption in 2005 lowered by 23.03% than 2001, we take the same magnesium manufacture as example. If the power consumpiton is from 1000 Kwh/t*Mg to 900Kwh/t*Mg , we can also reduce a lot cost . (0.4RMB/Kwh) (1000-900)*30,000=3,000,000 RMB

2.初步结论 Preliminary conclusion 各企业间能耗差距很大,这与企业间的能源结构、技术、装备及管理等要素有关,高能耗企业的潜在降耗空间巨大。 Energy consumption in enterpries is very different because of the energy structure, technology ,equipment and management .There is still big space for energy saving. 提高行业能效,需要采取综合措施: We need to adopt comprehensive method to improve energy efficiency —行业结构调整,淘汰落后工艺,发展规模经济; We should adjust sector structure, give up backward process and development economic of scale —以大型高效节能的新设备取代高耗能设备,如用回转窑代竖窑,还原炉、还原罐、 精炼炉等大型化; Use efficient energy saving equipment in place of energy intencive,such as rotating kiln in place of vertical kiln, reduction furnace、reduction pot and refining furnace

—推广先进的节能技术,加强余热回收,如蓄热体换热器,回转窑预 热(换热)器,余热发电等; Extend advanced energy saving technology , strengthen the recycle of waste heat , such as heat-saving exchange equipment, rotating kiln pre-heat equipment, generate electricity with waste heat —煤气是清洁能源,煤改气是方向,利用焦化厂排放的焦炉煤气作能 源可大幅度降低能耗及成本,利于保护环境; Coal gas is clean energy , it is a direction to use coal gas in place of coal because it can save cost and energy ,it can also protect enviorment. —提高企业机械化、自动化水平,对热工设备的温度采用自动控制尤 为重要。 Increase mechanism,automative level —加强企业管理,通过管理创新降能耗大有文章可做。 Strenghthen industry management , it can save energy through management innovation.

三、问题: 

三、问题 此次调查时间较短,调查范围小,调查面仅占镁厂数的15%,样本数据少,生产线数据过 少,没涉及管理粗放、装备落后的企业,代表性不强;有些企业的统计数据不准确,不合 理; 不能反映行业的总体真实情况。 The datas for this survey are very limited because in such short time we could not get more datas, it is not cover the industries that are lack ofmanagement and backward equipment, so the datas could not stand for the sector level.

2. 下一步工作建议 Suggestion : 

2. 下一步工作建议 Suggestion 强调能源统计和分析在管理中的重要作用; Emphasis the importance of energy statistics and analysis in management. 建立企业能效分析基准和对比方法,完善行业能效统计系统; Build up sector benchmarking methodology , improve sector energy efficient statistics system. 开展能效统计培训,推广企业能效对比管理经验,提高能效管理水平; 加大现场调研力度; Develop energy efficiency training, extend energy efficiency benchmarking experience, improve the management level. 需在能效基准分析的基础上,优化技术路线,制定镁冶炼设计规范; 建立镁行业节能促进机构,推广节能技术和设备; Base on the analysis of energy efficiency, improve technology route, define magnesium smelt norm ,bulid up intencive department in magnesium sector, extend energy saving technology and equipment 政府与行业应共同设立节能基金,支持和鼓励节能项目的实施,鼓励技术创新,并将研究成果在行业内共享。 The government and industry should build energy saving fund together to support and encourage the perform of energy saving project , encourage technology innovation . Share the research result in magnesium sector.
