School of Mathematics and Computer Applications Initially the school was the part of School of Basic & Applied Sciences which was established in 1982.
SMCA came into existence in 2002 to cater Mathematics and Computer Applications related activities with a strong focus on research in the various areas of mathematics & its applications in computers.
