Not directly related to Special Education, but provides similar services as needed
What is the Difference between an IEP and a 504 Plan :What is the Difference between an IEP and a 504 Plan IEPs are provided for students with specific learning deficits like a learning disability or behavioral disorder.
504 Plans are for students that need specific accommodations in order to be successful at school.
A student can receive similar accommodations on a 504 Plan that would be on an IEP even is a student does not need an IEP
