Introduction :

Introduction Rationale of Group testing technique Man is gregarious by nature All activities are group activity Group is the most natural environment His behaviour in the group will be his natural behaviour The basic characteristics can best be observed when in a group Social interaction behaviour pattern emerging in a group reveals personality traits By varying the situation in controlled group, group effectiveness can easily be evaluated In this technique one observes a man in the group task to determine group effectiveness
