Ecological fees in general. 2. Public and private institutions, especially financial ones, both commercial and non-commercial which allocate funds on and off the market to the applying entities (enterprises, public institutions, local governments and households). 3. Source of financing. Poland’s national and provincial environmnetal funds account for over 40% of the country’s environmental expenditures. UNCCD

Resource mobilization and coordination...Poland ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Further actions to mobilize resources to implement CCD In conclusion: We, „the desert people” (i.e. those devoted to help and to solve the problems of desertification and land degradation and to take care of those who suffer due to these phenomena) should do everything to be recognized, by other actors on the stage of environment protection and sustainable development, as: adequate, reliable and competent partners in implementing „environmental conventions” and in sharing duties, costs and consequencies of our activities.
