Powder Shield:

Powder Shield Epoxy powder coat, electrostatically applied and baked on for a permanent finish Better than solvent “wet” based paint systems 30% harder and 300% more resistant to salt and humidity than regular enamel systems Steel is galvanized, bonderized with paper honeycomb glued core Doors and panels 1” thick – pilasters 1¼” Epoxy powder coat is 30% harder and 300% more resistant to salt and humidity

Stainless Steel:

Stainless Steel Type 304 stainless polished to a #4 satin finish Durable, less susceptible to rust and corrosion Core is double faced honeycomb for better adhesion Doors and panels are 1” thick – pilasters 1¼” Other finishes available – 2B leather grain, 5SM diamond pattern Optional solid wood core available for extra heavy duty applications

Solid Plastic “Polly” Polly® SPR All 1” thick construction (panels, doors & stiles) Material is High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Many colors available, same color throughout Scratch and dent resistant, will not rust Water and moisture proof

Plastic Laminate:

Plastic Laminate Core constructed of 45 lb. heavy duty grade particle board Wide variety of colors available from laminate suppliers Formica, Wilsonart, Nevamar, etc. Doors and panels 7/8” thick Pilasters are 1¼” thick Not recommended for high moisture areas Optional cores and thicknesses available

Phenolic:

Phenolic Solid Phenolic core made of multiple craft paper sheets, impregnated with resins, compressed under heat and pressure to form a strong material – meets class B fire and smoke ratings Surface laminate is fused to the resin impregnated black core Doors and pilasters are ¾”thick, panels are ½” thick Optional thicknesses also available Many colors and finishes available Water and moisture proof Good for hose-down cleaning applications
