REDEVELOPMENT OF THE STUDENTS’ UNION: 

REDEVELOPMENT OF THE STUDENTS’ UNION Phase 1 £8.5million being spent over 2 ½ yrs Phase 1 complete New snooker room facility = loss of Club Room 1 and Mature Students’ Common Room Relocation of various rooms= loss of Club Room 2

USING THE UNION Meetings clubs can use various rooms in the Students’ Union for meetings (albeit lack of space during the redevelopment process has meant the loss of club rooms 1 and 2) Snack Bar, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 3rd Floor Reading Room, 3rd Floor Anne Maguire Room, 2nd Floor (special permission required) Bookings for these facilities to be made through the 2nd floor reception

USING THE UNION: 

USING THE UNION Events the bars in the Students’ Union can be used for hosting events, fundraisers, etc Bunatee Bar Mandela Hall Speakeasy Bar SUB Entertainments Manager, Rod Martin Bars Manager, Dennis Monaghan
