Introduction: 

Introduction Quality has become important in recent years. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has been key to this. Standard descriptions are needed To control quality and to provide “uniform” services This applies to all sectors, including graphology.

Why is Price Relevant?: 

Why is Price Relevant? The choice of price is linked to the way services are described (and vice versa) Prices affect sales, profit, image and competitiveness in both positive and negative ways.

Pricing: 

Pricing Reference prices are prices that buyers carry in their minds. “Customers place greater weight on extreme prices anchoring the range”(Niedrich et al 2001) …So this study focuses on high and low prices
