University of Mississippi Medical Center, Duke University, University of Southern California, Washington University (St. Louis), University of Tennessee – Memphis, St. Augustine (Florida), Belmont College (Tennessee), Concordia College (Wisconsin), Arcadia University (Philadelphia, PA), Grand Valley State (Michigan)

FITNESS MANAGEMENT: 

FITNESS MANAGEMENT Prepares Students for Careers as Exercise Specialists, Personal Trainers, and Managers in Fitness and Wellness Facilities. Prepares Students for Careers as Strength and Conditioning Specialists Private Schools, Community Colleges, Colleges and Universities, Professional Sports Teams (Minor and Major Leagues).

TEACHING AND COACHING Prepares Students for Teaching and Coaching Positions in Public Elementary and Secondary Schools Accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE)

TEACHING AND COACHING Program graduates are making important contributions to the scholastic and athletic achievements of our children Glen Young, played football for the Bulldogs while earning his degree in teaching and coaching. After playing professionally with the Cleveland Browns, he returned to Mississippi State as an Instructor in the Department of Kinesiology Johnie Cooks is a graduate of the program, who played in the Super Bowl with the New York Giants

TEACHING AND COACHING Program graduates are making important contributions to the scholastic and athletic achievements of our children Mike Justice has been an all-star coach several times while coaching at various Mississippi public schools Junior Graham coaches at Weir Attendance Center, which won the division 1A state football championship in 2003 Wert Spiva coaches football, basketball and track at Coldwater High School in North Mississippi

SPORT COMMUNICATION Prepares Students for Careers in the Sport Communication and Sport Business Industry Emphasis on Developing Leaders in Broadcasting, Journalism and Public Relations in the Field of Sports Media
