Listen/understand/heal the "shattered reality" of the experiencer Establish scientific reality of the phenomenon Treat phenomenon with Wonder/Discernment/Caution - we don't know what it is... Understand and manage its impact in our society Each experiencer has to "heal their own shattered reality"

Conclusion The UFO/CE4 phenomenon exists: It is a real event in the world of the experiencer. There is no well-defined explanation for close encounters A paradox: The more we learn, the less we know. Each must come to terms with phenomenon in their own way.
