Slide5: Placecards: mini pumpkins and gourds with placecards pinned to them Bathroom baskets: One for each, ladies’ and mens’ rooms (the baskets are different, mens’ baskets has guy stuff, ladies’ has girl stuff) Put a frame with poem in each bathroom next to or in front of the basket Cake Table: Along with the cake, place cake topper on the table along with cake knife Napkins: Burgundy


Slide6: Cocktail Tables/ End Tables (10): A brown candle and a candle ring (may want to place on a saucer) Wreaths/leaf garland: Hang wreaths using black hangers on either main entrance doors (preferred) or on the doors going into the ballroom Hang garland from the wrought iron banisters outside the main entrance E R Table Names: Follow the guide on the previous page, each table’s name is in a frame to be placed on its respective table.


Slide7: Favors: Donation to the American Cancer Society - one “handout” at each place setting, preferably on their plate or where their plate would be Evening Events Poster: Placed on easel in either the lobby when guests first come in or somewhere in the pre-function area that makes sense Photo Collage: In a poster frame, placed on an easel near the placecard/guestbook table Leaves: Use natural leaves on the placecard table, cake table, cocktail tables. Use the silk leaves on the dinner tables.
