Challenge: Language Barrier Hispanics from different countries, or even different regions of the same country, often have slight differences in dialects (name of industrial equipment).

Language Barrier Tex Mex versus Spanish Tex Mex adopted English terms in their vocabulary. They may have difficulty reading correct Spanish Many Hispanic workers use slang (Anglicism) in their vocabulary (especially names of machines and technical terms)

Language Barrier What is a normal word in one Hispanic country could be obscene in another Example: the word for “Cake” in Puerto Rico means something else in Mexico! It can be VERY embarrassing
