Outward Bound Professional is a division of OB solely dedicated to improving the performance of corporate, government and non profit groups at the individual, team and organizational level; they have been dedicated to offering customized team and leadership development solutions to organizations and executives for over 30 years.
Vendors : Vendors Since 1965, the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) has taught leadership, wilderness skills, and environmental studies to more than 75,000 students. The NOLS mission is to be the best source and teacher of wilderness skills and leadership that serve people and the environment.
NOLS emphasizes group performance and teamwork, not group process. Courses are not abstract—they’re real expeditions where personal responsibility, leadership, followership and teamwork can make or break the experience every bit as much as the physical and technical challenges. Final Thoughts : Final Thoughts Kellogg Leadership Expeditions…
…are a serious, proven opportunity to improve your leadership skills
(MORS in a real-world setting)
…require a spirit of adventure (dog-sledding! rappelling! hiking!) and the ability to be flexible (you may not shower for a week) and supportive of your trip-mates (constructive criticism, people!)
…a once-in-a-lifetime combination of adventure, fun, and learning
(Seriously – when will you ever have a chance to do this again?)
