ICSI and CITRIS Tekes made an agreement with ICSI (International Computer Science Institute) in 2000 5 research posts at ICSI annually for visiting researchers clarified process for VISAs, IP issues, etc CITRIS program is a large research program consisting of over 100 researchers and projects CITRIS helps with Tekes in building up cooperation projects Tekes and CITRIS will have a Master Research Cooperation Agreement to use as an IPR agreement in cooperation projects
