If you go to the web site that we recommend you will find the sound approximations to each symbol. This is the most efficient way to explain how a letter sounds. For that purpose we’ll make references to the IPA symbols. Get familiar with them, and practice the sounds. You’ll improve little by little and much more with practice.

Dictionary :

Dictionary The first step is to get a good dictionary. It’s time you graduated from the dictionary you used in high school. Invest in a good dictionary that you’ll be using for many years to come. I recommend the Webster’s, Oxford, Longman’s advanced learners dictionaries, you need one with more than 200 000 words & phrases. You’ll need to invest in a business terms dictionary too. Remember that the better your material the better you’ll feel during your learning experience.
