What does the structure mean? :

What does the structure mean? With this project we hope to change the “terms of engagement” – meaning that we hope to change the way the migration and migrants are discussed in this country and how their voices are heard. In order to do this and given the short time frame of the first year of the CSP project we decided it would be better to focus on gathering information and building capacity and skills in each region. We think that some opportunities will arise in each region to bring about change, and that this structure is more flexible to allow for these opportunities as they occur. We will work with you and your volunteers to develop skills and strategy to gather evidence and turn that evidence into tools for advocacy. We hope that you will let us know of any opportunities to influence local decision makers. The work done on gathering evidence and turning it into tools for change will be showcased on a CSP website. We hope this site will allow each region to create a reserve of information, but also highlight success stories and effective strategies.
