Has an archaeological assessment previously been carried out that includes all of the areas to be impacted by this project? Yes – Next No – Archaeological Assessment

PowerPoint Presentation:

Does the report on that previous archaeological assessment recommend that no further archaeological assessment is required within the limits of the project for which that assessment was undertaken, and has a letter been issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport stating that the report has been entered into the Ontario Public Register of Archaeological Reports? Yes – Schedule A – Proceed No – Obtain satisfaction letter - Proceed
