Download and install Flip4Mac, then go back and reload the web page containing the embedded video you’d like to watch with Firefox. The WMV video will begin playing, instantly, right inside your browser window. Embedded WMV content on the web seems to give new Mac owners a bit of a problem. Windows has integrated the Windows Media Player directly into Internet Explorer, so Windows users often take embedded WMV video for granted. The first time they open up their new Mac and try to watch a video that’s embedded in a web page, they’ll be surprised when the video doesn’t play.
