PICOT: 

PICOT I n women greater than age 21 with a diagnosis of breast cancer, how does the addition of an 8 week MBSR program compared to no program participation, affect anxiety, sleep disturbances, overall quality of life and stress reduction, as reported by participants through the use of various assessment scales and tools, within the first 2 years of diagnosis?
