On day 1 we all arrived at school like usual but with larger packs on our backs. When we arrived we met Angi.She showed us some turtle bones, a set of fake killer whale bones and black coral. Then we went for a walk on Garners Beach.We found a lot of interesting bits and pieces.Then we tested our inventions back at Mission Beach.

In the morning we got up and went for breakfast.Then packed our bags for an entertaining day of snorkelling! Some people got seasick on the way, but once we were there everyone got their gear on & got in.Everyone saw something cool including clownfish.
On the way home Caitlin, Rachel& Shanelle fell asleep.

We were up early for a 6:30am breakfast before heading to Cardwell ,to get on the “Hinchinbrook Explorer” by 9:00am.
We went straight from Cardwell to Hinchinbrook Island ,it took a while but at least no one got seasick.
Everyone had fun playing in the rocks and sand at our first stop but we eventually had to leave.Later we went to the Hinchinbrook Resort.We were able to swim in the pool, build sandcastles,anything but swim in the sea.We had to be back on the boat by 4:00pm for our long trip home.
On the way home we visited the Tully Gumboot.

After breakfast we packed everything that we had taken and left for “The Johnstone River Crocodile Farm”.
When we got there we went and looked at all of the crocodiles.When we were looking at the crocs David was asked to feed one he got a big fright when it jumped out right near his leg, but it was only a fake head on a string ,everybody laughed.Then we looked at the emus and cassowaries.Then we patted wallabies.We also held snakes and one crocodile.After lunch we went straight home.
