Holistic assessment A farm worker on a fish farm being assessed harvesting a pond will be providing evidence against several Units Harvest stock Handle stock Package stock OHS Communication Organise own work

How do you design assessment? :

How do you design assessment? Ready... Read the Units, focussing on the Description Check the AQF level Check the workplace context Ready – Set - Go

Set... :

Set... Get creative: Think about elegant solutions to collecting evidence. You need a process that is realistic, reliable, flexible, and fair. You need evidence that is valid, sufficient, current and authentic. You need to consider the big picture including Dimensions of Competency and Employability Skills You need to assess holistically, make evidence collecting efficient and not over-assess

Go ...Back :

Go ...Back Review and revise your assessment strategy Use a matrix to check you have sufficient evidence against all of the Elements, and Specific Evidence Requirements
