Project # 3: IKEA-LPF Amravati & Wardha IKEA-SUPPORTED GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS : Our Experience and Learning's from the Project As this is the first time LPF has started its mission in two new districts of Maharashtra it was quiet a great learning experience for team members As the project work actually started in April 2014 we had very less possibility of to interacting with the target group but still during initial work of planning and execution and interaction with the girls we can describe our learning as follows :  The rural areas need much more development support and not only financial help. Their communication skills are very poor. More development inputs need to be given, to improve their skills in spoken English, interview techniques, presentation, resume writing and group discussion as also to make them familiar with using internet.
