BE EARLY!!! -Plan ahead -Don’t wait until the last week -Don’t forget to follow through

CREATE POSTERS! -Event Name -Location -Time (Start and End) -Organization -Logo -Purpose -Co-curricular Credit? -PROOFREAD! -Get posters approved Where do I put them? -Hang them in all buildings -Place in RA mailboxes -Hang on bulletin boards
