High-quality Masters Courses -1 to 2 years (60 to 120 ECTS credits) offered by a consortium of at least 3 higher education institutions from 3 different European countries

Consist of an integrated study programme:
Delivery of a jointly developed curriculum or full recognition of courses delivered separately, but making up a common Course
Joint admission and examination criteria
Study period in at least two institutions
Award of a joint, a double or a multiple degree officially recognised in the countries where the degree-awarding institutions are located
Offer the use of at least 2 EU languages (not necessarily 2 languages of instruction)
One fees for TC students, one for EU students

Masters Courses should include 18 to 25 third-country graduate students and 4 scholars (08/09)
Masters Courses should include European students
Offer high-quality hosting and welcome services and facilities

Intra-Europe mobility
15,000 € lump sum per year , per consortium
Student mobility: 21,000 € per student for a one-year course (10 study months x 1,600 € plus a fixed amount of 5,000 € for travel expenses, tuition fees etc.) or 42,000 € per student for a two-year course
Scholar mobility: 13,000 € per scholar (3 months x 4,000 € plus a fixed amount of 1,000 € for travel expenses)

Intra-Europe mobility- Erasmus
Student mobility: a student can apply for an Erasmus study grant and/or an Erasmus placement grant
Teaching mobility: can be granted on the Erasmus teaching staff mobility
