Solutions are usually in one of 4 categories:
Coping with Demands
Personal Choices
Flexibility the company provides
Energy tips
Demands :
Demands In the company every employee can go through the whole series of trainings, which help them to be more effective and better deal with the demands: Time Management, 80/20, Workload Management on Outlook, Excel, IT skills.
One of the events is named “Get back 30 minutes every day”, where IT specialists are invited from internal departments, and professional from external companies, like Microsoft, Xerox, etc.
Personal choices :
Personal choices As we attract only best leaders to the company, we realize that they might be leaders in other areas of their lives.
Majority of our employees have very strong interests out of work: sport activities, art, movies, travelling etc.
As they are very passionate about it, and the organization is young & dynamic, they easily create the whole network of people, who can do what is really important for them together.
Currently, we have soccer, volleyball teams; opportunity to visit massage, swimming pool, master classes on different topics; photo contests; we organize trips to interesting places in Ukraine.
Flexibility :
Flexibility Flexibility is one of the best ways to be equally happy and engaged both at work & at home. For example, if you are a nighthawk, and not very effective in the mornings or just don’t particularly enjoy the traffic jams or subway during rush hours, the company allows you to move your work schedule 1-2 hours earlier or ahead.
Many employees dream about achieving something big in their lives: around-the-world trip, arranging a non-commercial educational center for orphans, climbing the Everest, etc. And this is quite hard to complete, when you work full-time for international company. In P&G after 5 years of employment, you can take 3-month vacation, and your workplace would be saved for you.
Energy :
Energy The feeling of happiness and achievements also depend on the level of energy during the workday and during the evening. P&G partners with the company, which is famous by working with world-known athletes; and now owns the results of scientific research on energy of business people. Now almost a 1000 of P&G employees are qualified trainers of Corporate Athlete Trainings, which main target is to teach employees on managing their own level of energy during the day at work and at home. The training is focused on practical tips on healthy food, sleeping habits and fitness, exercises on managing your emotions during tough times and finding your personal mission.
