CONNECT IT TO ELECTRIC WIRES YOU MAKE ELCTRICITY. Using Electricity : Using Electricity The electricity we use comes from water, sun and chemicals. We generate electricity to turn things like motors. California get some of it’s energy from wind energy, sun energy, water energy and from burning things like coal or nuclear energy. Getting Electricity : Getting Electricity Hydro-electric, solar, nuclear, wind, coal and oil generated Using Electricity : Using Electricity To get electricity from a battery two wires are connected to the ends of the battery then the wires go to a motor. The motor is attached to the stick of the fan and electrons come out of the battery. They go through the wires to the motor and then the motor starts spinning fast and turns the fan.
