Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude School leavers Dilemma Majority of students at both college and university levels have a mind-set of hooking a job immediately after graduating. In reality, after graduation job hunt is another challenge in itself, it takes a minimum of six months cum tens if not few hundreds for a good number of graduates to be hired by a firm as employees.

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude The task of job hunt is stressful and worse of all with neither financial support nor returns, but incurring of cost for newspapers, internet searches, radio and television vacancy advertisements. With the ongoing global recession of the times (2008 – ongoing), the concept of job hunt in appreciable number of developed and developing economies is yielding few positive responses. The simple reason d'état being there are no jobs out there.

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude Employee life and personal satisfaction Working generally is rewarding and satisfying, dependent on your personality, responsibility level(s) and choices. The scheme below is illustrative of job satisfaction: Employment Type (table 2)

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude Some individuals after a while (mostly, years) of being an employee seem to be dissatisfied and realise they have not maximised their potentials. This is the point of realisation for employees and this point varies from individual to individual. Some individuals wake up to the description of employee as ‘trading time and energies for money, without necessarily maximising their potentials’.

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude Serving as a junior and middle management staff is mostly routine and going through the motion day in day out. The routine nature and acting upon instructions without any chance of attaching ones personality after a while becomes monotonous, that drives the individual concern into the state of mediocrity and lack of enthusiasm for work. At this stage, affected individual

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude go through ‘Job disaffection syndrome’, and the only reason they keep dragging themselves to work is because of employee mentality and perceived security in government or state employment. Inferring from table 2 (Employment Type) quite a significant number of type B personalities opt for long term employee status, that leads to:

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude not just ‘Job disaffection syndrome’ but living on minimal or a little above minimum retirement benefits, inability to optimise ones potentials, deny themselves of most of the luxuries of life, behave formally especially in their speech, and procedure of carrying out task, little acknowledgement of change, only do things they are told to, among others.

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude Entreprephobia The situation becomes worse for individuals who receive entrepreneurship training after experiencing ‘Job disaffection syndrome’ and for fear of being on their own, continue to be employees. Entreprephobia is prevalent within the civil, public and security services and what is known on the street

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude as ‘heading for the mill’ or ‘Yes sir master jobs’. The later title of ‘Yes sir master’ is implied of type B personality who only take instructions without questioning. Awaking The earlier mentioned ‘entreprephobia’ individual upon awaking and opts to free him or herself picks up type A personality. Hence, some security personnel go

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude through the regimental attitude for fifteen (15) years or more and upon quitting the services set up their own firms as entrepreneurs. The only inhibitor preventing an employee from moving onto becoming an entrepreneur is the strong mental attitude. The employee mental attitude is psychologically inhibitory, whiles entrepreneur mind set has an integral

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude attitude of librating and motivating. Entrepreneur Mental Attitude Overcoming ‘entreprephobia’ is about developing a strong mental attitude which is abbreviated as MPA and expanciated as: Mind set – Here an entrepreneur sees the mental picture of an opportunity whiles employee is waiting to be instructed accordingly. There is the high tendency for those who have been employees for a while

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude to go through the arduous task of doubting the opportunity based on an uncertain perception (planning, weighing the pros-and-cons, etc). An entrepreneur ‘thinks outside the box’, and that becomes their trade mark or brand. ‘Thinking outside the box’ gives entrepreneurs their competitive advantage over existing firms and products. Entrepreneurs who start their small business must do well to enter

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude the market with unique products, in other to benefit from competitive advantage. E.g. Facebook and YouTube The eventful political campaign slogan of Mr. Obama of United States of America (US) is another example of entrepreneurial mind set as ‘Yes, we can’. Passion – Entrepreneurs have a strong

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude desire to succeed that is persistent in the face of challenges. New businesses face teething challenges, of which are the notable causes of more than 60 per cent of them folding up within a year of start-up. Therefore, resilience is a highly needed mental make up for success in both self employed and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs must start up businesses that they like if

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude not one they love, this way, the passion will keep them going in the face of challenges. An example is that of Google. The Google boys really love the concept of search engine and they have become one of the giant firms in the world. Invariably, without passion for the venture, an entrepreneur will not survive in today’s competitive marketplace. Products must be tailored or customised to consumers need and desire,

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude this way, the product is acceptable and purchased at its real market value. Always, entrepreneurs must think of the suitability of their product with the customer in mind. Unlike the 1970s when products were made according to manufacturers know-how, today, the customer prefers to buy a product that is made to his or her taste and preferences in mind. E.g. Dell computers is designed

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude by the customer with his or her own specifications online, prior to assembling and delivery. Action – It is good for an employee to be told what to do and get paid at the end of an agreed period, but it is better to act proactively and innovatively as an individual in anticipation of receiving its full value. The only route to achieving the

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude :

Employee to Employer Strong Mental Attitude later option is entrepreneurship. The fear of the unknown has held a good number of type A individuals from starting their own industry and keep type B ones ‘still rushing to the mill’ day after day, but for young graduates of this recession times, there is no excuse but to be innovative and pick up the entrepreneurial strong mental attitude and flog the market with innovative products.
