NTTP/TIPS Five Year Program Planning Survey Purpose: Identify changes in workforce over the next 5 years and plan to meet training needs Respondents: Program Directors Results: Q 1: Changes in Workforce Very significant turnover (35-75%) over 5 years Most programs will stay the same size Trend is slight decrease in program size Exception: OSM technical offices Training Needs: Inspection, Permitting, Bonding, Remote Sensing, Electronic Permitting
