For 2009 and 2010, ALL degree seeking students can get a refund of up to $2,500 for each year of qualified education expenses that they paid for (either with cash, or loans)
This money is not a loan and does not need to be paid back
It will come in the form of a check (just like a tax refund check from the US Treasury)
