My Weight Loss Story and Why I Decided To Try HCG

Slide 2: 

I started this journey in July of 2008 and currently December 2010 I am still holding the same weight as my weight loss (40lbs) will show you throughout the slides. I started at 220lbs and a size 18-20 and currently I am holding at 180lbs and a size 10-12. Everyone thinks I look great and I have serious muscle tone but I want the scales to reflect the look and clothing size. I was on the internet and came across an article about HCG and it was at that moment I decided to give it a try, December 21st 2010. We will see how this goes. I will close this presentation with a few current photos of me.

I started this journey to lose weight after my daughter graduated high school and we were having a cookout and photos were being taken. After the cookout I was viewing the photographs and saw the following one of myself. I was so devastated that I had allowed myself to gain so much weight and really never noticed it.

220 lbs… wow!

At that moment I decided to get up and do something about it. I cleaned out the pantry and fridge, joined a local gym and also utilized the gym at work during lunch hour. That meant I was working out twice a day and I was losing weight and my energy level was up. All of that was fine but I wanted to lose more. I started at 220lbs and within 4months I was down to 180lbs. See the following photos.

The working out was working I could see the tightening of certain areas but for some reason I was stuck at 180lbs though I knew there was fat deposits in areas I wanted to lose but no matter how hard I tried and hit the gym and asphalt the fat would not move. The following explains my workout routine.

Interval training Elliptical machines Weight lifting Running Walking Kick boxing Boxing Hula hooping Yoga Belly dancing Pole dancing Step aerobics P90X HITS Kettlebell Zumba Now imagine doing those routines at different times five days a week regardless to how I felt or what was going on.

My Diet My diet during this time was lean and within a moderate caloric range to lose but my body would not and has not released. I consume no sugars, very limited carbohydrates but good carbohydrates, a gallon of water daily and enough protein. I also incorporated fat burners and all sorts of supplements. Nothing has taken off the extra 25-30lbs I want to lose so badly. I know you can not target weight but I am hoping HCG will release the weight in my abdominal area and arms. I am hoping that HCG will help me accomplish that. I started Dec.21st with 2 days of loading and officially I am in R1Phase 2 as of today Dec. 25th 2010. I still workout though not required on HCG because it is a lifestyle change for me. Instead of 5 days for 90mins I currently do 30mins of exercise 3 days a week 20mins of cardio and 10mins of strength training. So far I am down 7lbs., yeah for me!

I have not found the Protocol to be too stringent but mostly mental… I am drinking my usual gallon of water and I am really enjoying the herbal teas. Black coffee, I will pass and Stevia is okay, I prefer the brand by NOW. You can purchase it at Walmart and the 500 calories are just that 500 calories. I want to see results and I am sooo thankful to the Vlogs and the HCG users that tell their story on here. I am staying hopeful and I will post updated photos as I progress. Again, I am currently 4 days into the Program and I am down 7lbs total already.
