To adopt change at the required speed. To satisfy basic human needs for recognition & sense of belonging. To improve the existing relationship with the superior, peers and subordinates.

In Effective Communication The sender sends the idea/ thought/information/data. The receiver accepts the idea/ thought/information/data. The data/information perceived by the receiver is exactly the same as send by the sender.
