The Process : 

The Process Post young (13ish) profile on internet sites. Accept (but do not bate or ask for ) Porn, vulgarity, and all communications that may lead to a sexual encounter. Record in every way possible every step. (text logs, E-mails, Pics, video – especially when he shows up) Beat him and make him pay to stay free and unknown. ($3000 the first time sounds good) Repeat above, in order, at different locations, often.

Somebody will have to get arrested for this to make national news and make its’ full impact. That individual will be offered a plea to a lesser crime and should refuse, ask for a jury trial. 12 people just like you and I have to agree that you did a bad thing to convict you. You beat a piece of shit, took some money and told him not to do it again or he will face more harsh punishment next time. Illegal? Yes! But bad? That is a personal judgement. I think not!

BIG MONEY The numbers implied by Dateline in their series on this issue, are just astounding. They have caught as few as 10 guys a night in 8 shows. That is 80 guys, going to 8 separate locations, on 8 separate dates, in no less than 3 separate states. Most of them (if not all) drove to the location they where caught at. So if nothing else, he can give a car for his life as he knew it. OK, let’s do some number play. $80x$3000=$240,000 that is good money for internet chatting for a few hours and letting some “friends” stop by on a Saturday nights.

Realistically speaking, this is more than a one man job in most cases. If not just for safety. But $240,000 between 3 guys, is still pretty damn good I think. That’s $80K just to play for 8 weekends. Eat, drink beer, shoot the shit, kick ass and get paid. It’s sounds a lot like a night at a bar with a pool table to me. Except the fact that shooting the shit is internet chatting like a 13 year old, Kicking ass is a bit more noble, and I never won $1000 bucks a game repeatedly every night I played. (10 times in a row) And, DWI seems less a worry in this particular case too. However, the looming extortion, false imprisonment, battery, and other charges may be worthy of some consideration. But, if you are the type that really does enjoy the adrenalin rush this could provide, the reality of serving time for a conviction seems to have very low odds in this case.

As I see it, even after the first few guys, a lawyer becomes just a cost of doing business. The lawyer can be paid by the ones who didn’t report it and didn’t want to see all your evidence in court and the paper.

2. Respond like a child to all contacts from men – be innocent but playful and curious, or a little ready, but not suggestive – leave the aggression to him. And make sure you have recorded and maybe printed everything.

3. When they ask to come over – set up your cameras and wait with friends. Film the whole process. He will know that you are not afraid to face a jury when you hit him and ask for money on tape.

4. Open the door, punch him in the head, and drag him in the house to explain the circumstances. GET HIS I.D.!! And explain that he has just been fined $xxxx for your troubles. Explain that you have evidence of all activities, and show him, as you tell him how much he will pay and within how much time. Prove to him that you have him. And convince him that you are more prepared for a jury than he could ever be. Tell him to pay or give up the car he was driving or he may be facing charges. Or you may just provide all the evidence to any family or work affiliates, that you convince him you know about and or will find. Be creative here, I know I have been.

5. Make sure that he knows not to tell anybody else about this situation. Tell him that you will expose him if you see anything about this location or profile on the internet. And make sure to tell him about the other (maybe fictional) young profiles that your friends, both present and not, have set up all over your particular area. Cover as vast an area as possible, to really make him think next time. You may even want to convince them that you have just rented this house for the weekend just for this occasion, and you will be someplace else soon. – just in case he decides to visit again, he may get us again. Wouldn’t that be a shame

7. This one is kind of a random pick a number kind of step. And I really think it is up to you at this point. You can just wait and see who pays, and be done with it, or you can keep going and see how many other houses you can use, and how many others want to get involved in their own ways. You will be surprised at the societal acceptance of this idea, and the true support it has gotten. Others can set up profiles and just send the guys to whatever address you are using on any given day.
