Beijing-Tokyo Beijing’s incoming PVC being upgraded from 48kbps to 96kbps for receiving satellite data from Tokyo Upgrade plan: Upgrade plan Beijing-Pyongyang Upgrade to 64kbps dedicated line in 2006.
