Slide 3:

The 3 Temples in the Bibleand the Tent of the Ark of the CovenantSolomon Zerubbabel Herod And the three objects in the Ark are a symbol of the Church of Christ:1- The gold jar containing the "manna", symbol of the real "Eucharist".2- The "rod of Aaron" which blossomed, symbol of the "Hierarchy".3- The "tables" of the 10 Commandments of Moses, symbol of the "Bible". This Ark of the Covenant is the most sacred object of the Jews, and when the Temple was destroyed, the Ark was lost... but the Bible says that Jeremiah put it in a huge cave at Mount Nebo, in Jordan, and he made two prophecies:1- It will stay there until God gathers his people together again.2- At that time, the columns of fire and cloud will be seen again as in the times of Moses... a huge column of fire of 2 kilometers high that will be seen from all over Israel and Jordan...

DO YOY SEE CHRIST IN THE MASS? :

DO YOY SEE CHRIST IN THE MASS?

THE MASS -- THE EUCHARIST :

THE MASS -- THE EUCHARIST No one is permitted to undervalue the mystery entrusted to our hands that “it unites heaven and earth. It embraces and permeates all creation” (R.S. n. 8), Pamplona, October 8, 1967,while preaching the homily”Passionately Loving the World”

Reasons for Liturgical Norms :

Reasons for Liturgical Norms Spontaneity? Liturgical norms are necessary because : It is an action of Christ It is a sacred action Liturgy is never anyone's private property, be it of the celebrant or of the community” (Ecclesia de Eucharistia, 52).

Priests at Mass :

Priests at Mass It follows that “priests who faithfully celebrate Mass according to the liturgical norms, and communities which conform to these norms, quietly but eloquently demonstrate their love for the Church” (ibid.).

Certain abuses about the Mass :

Certain abuses about the Mass Meal and not sacrifice Too much freedom in prayers, readings, books,… People and priest “celebrate” together.

Certain abuses about the Mass :

Certain abuses about the Mass Bread & the wine not in good state: poor altar, old & dirty vestments and linen,… lack of dignity & reverence for the Sacrament. Breaking of the bread; exchange of sign of peace,… in different moments (a new Mass….)

Eucharistic Miracles "So Jesus said to them, 'Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you; he who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.'" (John 6:53-55) :

Lanciano, Italy 8th Century A.D. :

Lanciano, Italy 8th Century A.D. A priest has doubts about the Real Presence; however, when he consecrates the Host it transforms into flesh and blood. This miracle has undergone extensive scientific examination and can only be explained as a miracle. The flesh is actually cardiac tissue which contains arterioles, veins, and nerve fibers. The blood type as in all other approved Eucharistic miracles is type AB.

Eucharistic Miracle--Bolsena-Orvieto, Italy :

Eucharistic Miracle--Bolsena-Orvieto, Italy 1236, heresy in the Church called Berengarianism: denied the True Presence of Our Lord in the Eucharist. A priest was on pilgrimage to Rome to ask for strength in his vocation and to remove his doubts about tthe presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. On his way he stopped at Bolsena, a small town north of Rome. During Mass in Bolsena at the consecration as the priest said "This is My Body," the Host began to bleed profusely.

Slide 20:

The priest took the Corporal and wrapped up the bleeding Host, although blood fell on the marble floor in front of the altar. He immediately took it to Pope Urban IV who was in nearby Orvieto at the time. The Holy Father declared that a Eucharistic Miracle had occured . He also created the Feast of Corpus Christi. The bloodstained marble tiles are kept in Bolsena and the bloodstained Corporal in Orvieto.
