Hi, this is Jeff Williams and I want to welcome you to our 8-Week Business Launch Blueprint

In the last two videos, I shared with you the 5 specific techniques I showed my neighbor Fred that lead to him t0 receive $6,000 in new sales in less than 60 days, despite all the mistakes he had previously made

After guiding more than 4,000 new entrepreneurs through the business planning process, I learned that there are really 6 things you must focus on to launch a business that starts making money quickly…

1. You must be able to explain the main benefit you offer to customers. 2. You must know your costs so that you’re sure your pricing is highly profitable. 3. You must have a clear plan where to find new customers and you must contact them multiple times. 4 . You must have a clear business identity, a compelling website and a variety of sales promotion tools. 5. You must have a process and sufficient support to deliver on time as you grow. 6. You must use accounting software to capture all financial data and use it to project your profit each month.

Since chances are good that you’ve never planned a business before, it can feel very time-consuming, overwhelming and expensive to do. So many new entrepreneurs either do only part of the necessary planning, like Fred did, or they do none at all!

In fact, according to the U.S. Small Business Administration, fewer than 40% of the owners of newly launched businesses have any written business plan! Many are just too impatient to put in the necessary time.

But what if you had a simple system to follow that would allow you to launch your business easily and effectively – even if you’ve never done it before?

You see I’ve guided so many business launches over the past twenty-three years that I’ve figured out a very reproducible, easy-to-follow process that all of our start-up clients use with great success.
