Integration with HTML, DHTML and AJAX Enhanced local security model Better player update features. Flash 8.5: Flash 8.5 Will support Flex 2.0 Alpha available, full release Spring 2006 Supports ActionScript 3.0 Fully O.O., and ECMA compliant. Even faster than 8.0 Example: Flex 1.5 app loaded in 7.0 rendered in 3.3 seconds, in 8.5 0.7 seconds.


Mobile technology: Mobile technology MM still committed to this medium, and is actively growing this business. Strategic alliance with Nokia Flash lite 2.0 Tools for developing for mobile devices, including an emulator. In Japan, Mobile services are a $1 Billion business. 25% of mobile phones are Flash enabled. 40% of all i-mode services are Flash based. The Mobile “ecosystem” has migrated to APAC and EMEA
