The festival not only displays abundant world meat foodstuff culture, but also provides you with information about Chinese meat foodstuff culture history, meat foodstuff development history, development condition of China contemporary meat industry. We will arrange some different exhibit areas in the Second China International Meat Foodstuff Festival including Chinese traditional brand and regional special flavor foodstuff exhibit area, Meat Culture Evolvement exhibit area, painting and calligraphy exhibit area, photography exhibit area, China Meat Industry Enterprise Honor Exhibit Area, Cooking Performance Area, Artwork, handicraft and collection in meat sector exhibit Area, Trade Negotiation Area, and prize Game Area.

Official Opening Ceremony : 

Official Opening Ceremony The second China International Meat Foodstuff Culture Festival will be held at Nanjing International Exhibition Center on 17th September, 2007. Government officials and delegates from International Meat Secretariat, China Meat Association and others in meat sector will be invited and give presentations.

Traditional Brand & Regional Special Meat Foodstuff Exhibit Area : 

Traditional Brand & Regional Special Meat Foodstuff Exhibit Area There are Chinese Traditional Brand Exhibit Area, Regional Famous and Good Quality Products Exhibition Area and International Brand Exhibit Area. It is involved in pork, beef, sheep meat, poultry, and egg industry.

Requirements: 

Requirements 1. The exhibitor should be in meat sector and get traditional brand or title of famous brand. 2. Please provide with concerned certification and fill in Booth Reservation Form as requirement. 3. Provide with one piece of product sample. 4. The exhibitor who reserves raw space should make application in advance and provide with booth design.

Requirements 1. Words or photos could display development of meat industry and enterprises. 2. Participants should have independent copyright for the opuses 3. Please mail and email your opuses to The Organizing Committee, we will return any opuses. (2007whj@vip.163.com) Please keep manuscript of your opus. 4. Submission opuses could be used for promoting the conference.

China Meat Industry Enterprise Honorary Award : 

China Meat Industry Enterprise Honorary Award China meat industry has gone through several development stages. Every stage has different honorary title and represents different development condition. We arrange this for meat enterprises in order to deeply know features and development of meat industry.

Outstand Painting and Calligraphy Show : 

Outstand Painting and Calligraphy Show In order to enrich the culture life of people in meat industry and present the style and feature of meat industry, the organizing committee invites prominent persons from China Couplet Association and China Painting and Calligraphy Association to attend and perform. We’ll also invite amateurs of painting and calligraphy in meat industry to perform together with artists, which could advance the art communication and provide broad business and trade platform. We will collect excellent painting and calligraphy artworks in the world, and present them on the festival painting and calligraphy area. The organizing committee would specially edit and publish a picture book of excellent works.

Activity Arrangement: 

Activity Arrangement 1. Painting and Calligraphy Contest Winning Opus Show Area 2. The Organizing Committee will invite China well-known drawer and calligrapher and winners in the contest to paint and handwrite. 3. Every company will recommend delegate to draw and communicate with drawer and calligrapher on the spot. 4.The enterprise needed painting could contact the Organizing Committee, drawer and calligrapher will do it selectively.

Meat Industry Development Photography Show The other activity of the culture festival is photography contest. The Organizing Committee will invite experts to comment. Winners will come out through mass votes. The winning entries will be compiled into a book

Artwork, Handcraft and Collection Show Artwork could illustrate history more intuitively. By showing all kinds of artwork related to meat industry and collected by industry persons and numerous consumers, this culture festival would become a culture pageant of much creativity.

Culture evening of awarding : 

Culture evening of awarding The conference organizing committee would give special award to the enterprises and individual who make contribution to China meat industry, the 4th IMS World Pork Conference in 2007, the 5th China International Meat Industry Exhibition and the 2nd China International Meat Foodstuff Festival. Meanwhile, bonus, prize and certificate would be given to winners of painting and calligraphy contest and photography contest. This pageant will be full of excellent literature and art shows. Also, it would be a Carnival combined with meat foodstuff culture and wonderful performances.
